1. Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ansul and learned AC to GP-3 for the State.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that it appears that the petitioner has rushed to this Court when the matter is pending consideration before the learned BLT in BLT Case No. 753 of 2024, on which the learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that what grieves the
Patna High Court CWJC No.6924 of 2025(2) dt.26-06-2025 2/2 petitioner is not the pendency of BLT Case No. 753 of 2024, but is the order dated 07.03.2025 passed by the learned Member (Judicial), Bihar Land Tribunal whereby operation of the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Munger in favour of the petitioner has been stayed, on which the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that instead of issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ application can be disposed of with a direction to conclude the hearing of BLT Case No. 753 of 2024 within a time frame.
3. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the learned Member (Judicial), Bihar Land Tribunal to consider and dispose of BLT Case No. 753 of 2024 within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order after giving proper opportunity of hearing to all the concerned.
4. The writ application is disposed of.
