The petitioner seeks bail in Masrakh P.S. Case No. 41/2019, instituted for offences under Section(s) 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been made accused in this case merely on suspicion.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence police intercepted one tractor with tailer. Seeing the police party four persons left the tractor and motorcycle and started running away, but they were apprehended with the help of villagers. They disclosed their name as petitioner, Sukhan Mahto, Bipin Kumar and Dharmendra Kumar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24129 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid tractor. Tractor has already been released in favour of its owner. Petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VIth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 41/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U
