Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S. Case No. 16 of 2011 registered under Section-406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Chandan Kumar Pandey who was caught on the spot and it appears that in course of investigation, almost all the witnesses stated only to this effect that apprehended co-accused disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and except the confessional statement, there appears to be nothing against him. Accordingly, let the petitioner named above, in the
