In compliance of the order passed by this Court, the District Magistrate has treated the petitioner and other similarly situated persons as Line Department for selection of Class -IV grade employees pursuant to the advertisement No. 01/2013-14 in Siwan district and the petitioner has been placed in category - III of the panel at Serial No. 106. Thus, the consideration of the petitioner's representation has already been made by the District Magistrate, Siwan and it would not serve any purpose to pursue
