The petitioner, who was initially engaged as dailywager on 30.09.1989 and on adhoc arrangement, he was appointed on 29.12.1989 and finally his service in adhoc arrangement came to an end on 13.07.1990, has approached this Court invoking its writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to direct the Respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization of his service. It has been admitted that after 13.07.1990, the petitioner is not in job.
