The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 347, 323, 324, 325, 307, 380, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, the petitioners, allegedly, committed assault against different persons.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/Successor Court in connection with Ganga Bridge Police Station Case No. 24 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
