GA XI ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 05-01-2018 On 14.09.2012, C.W.J.C. No. 21182 of 2011 was disposed off by this Court and the only direction issued was based on report submitted by the Secretary, Bihar School Examination Board on 30.12.2011. A final decision in the matter was taken. Now, from the show cause filed by opposite parties 2 and 3, it is seen that by Annexure 'A', a final decision has been taken.
Learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the decision taken is not proper, the consideration is for the limited academic year.
Counsel for the petitioner vehemently argues that the dispute has not been resolved with regard to issue involved in the writ petition and, therefore, the decision is not up-to-the
Patna High Court MJC No.3755 of 2014 (6) dt.05-01-2018 2/2 satisfaction.
If that be so, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file representation in accordance with law before an appropriate forum that the decision is taken deliberately and illegally, which can not be decided by this Court. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file representation afresh in accordance with law.
