JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ order or direction and commanding the Respondent to inquire the distribution of the amount of the crop insurance for the year 2022-2023 by the vigilance of Mirpur and other Gram Panchayats of Chiraiya Circle District-East Chmparan.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6816 of 2024(2) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing the Respondents to take appropriate legal actions including lodging cases against the persons, who are involved in scam of illegal and fraudulent distribution of the amount of the crop insurance for the year 2022-23 in the aforesaid Mirpur and other Gram Panchayat of Chiraiya Circle, DistrictEast Champaran. (iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ for restraining Respondent from distributing the amount of crop insurance of Mirpur and other Gram Panchayats of Chiraiya Circle, DistrictEast Champaran until the matter is enquired and finalized."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
