JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Petitioner no.1 is the father-in-law, petitioner no.2 is the daughter-in-law, petitioner no.3 is the mother-in-law and petitioner no.4 is supposed to be the Devar of the deceased. They apprehend arrest in Jainagar P.S. Case No.58 of 2015.

Looking at the conflicting nature of evidence and statements with regard to the death of the deceased, let petitioners above named in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.15,000/- (Fifteen Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No.58 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
