The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 115, 120(B), 341, 323, 504, 506, 447 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of commission of murder of the informant's husband by the accused persons.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot. He further submits that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner and specific allegation of open fire is against Babloo Gope and not this petitioner. Petitioner has got

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 104 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
