JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For a direction upon the respondent authority to reconsider the candidature for appointment on the basis of compassionate ground due to death of the father of the petitioner in harness.

(ii). Further direct the authority to reconsider the application for appointment of compassionate ground of the petitioner which is accompanied with an adequate qualification for the post for which the petitioner is eligible and earlier the application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 10/03/2021 due to that reason."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
