No.18812 of 2012 on 16.7.2013 the following directions were issued by this Court: "Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Bihar State Land Development Bank to pay the admissible dues of the petitioner in accordance with law preferably within six months. Patna High Court MJC No.1033 of 2014 dt.29-11-2017 2/2 to the petitioner. As far as the Bihar State Land Development Bank is concerned, learned Counsel for the Bank produces before me a cheque of Rs.56,244/- drawn in the name of the petitioner. The same is handed over to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputes the amount paid and argues that certain amount pertaining to the Leave Encashment etc. have not been paid to him. The direction issued by the learned Writ Court was not by quantification of the amount or bifurcation of the amount in various heads. Direction was only to the extent that undisputed amount be paid and the Corporation having filed a show cause indicating payment of undisputed amount by a cheque, no further action is required to be taken in the matter.
In view of the above, this application is disposed of. In case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting, arising out of the subsequent action, he may challenge the same in accordance with law in an appropriate proceeding.
