Patna High Court MJC No.1218 of 2024(5) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 contempt petition is disposed of.

4. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may avail appropriate remedy against the order dated 15.06.2024 passed by the District Magistrate, Darbhanga, before appropriate forum.
