Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. As a matter of fact, similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56491 of 2018 (Annexure-3). Petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
