2. The present application is filed seeking modification of the order dated 11.02.2026, passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 70923 of 2025, whereby the petitioner has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail.
3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that because of some unavoidable reason, he could not furnish the bail bond within the period stipulated, however he undertakes that if the period shall be extended for a further period of four weeks', he shall ensure his surrender and furnish the bail bond.
4. Learned Advocate for the State opposed the prayer
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26868 of 2026(2) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 and submitted that the petitioner has flouted the order of this Court.
5. Having considered the submissions advanced by learned Advocate for the respective parties and after perusing the averments made in the modification application, the same stands allowed.
6. The time for surrender and for furnishing bail bonds is extended by four weeks' from today.
