The petitioner and his counsel are not present. Keeping in view the show-cause filed by the University indicating settlement of petitioner's claim vide notification Annexure-A dated 16.09.2015, Pension Payment Order issued thereafter vide Annexure-B on 16.09.2015, payment of arrears to the petitioner, as is evident from Annexure-C dated 16.09.2015 and the documents indicating payment made to the

Patna High Court MJC No.3877 of 2014(7) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 petitioner, now no further indulgence into the matter is called for. In case the petitioner has any grievance still subsisting after settlement of his claim as is indicated by the University in the show-cause filed today, the petitioner may challenge the same afresh in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, for the present, finding no indulgence to be made, the application stands disposed of.
