Learned counsel for the State and the respondentGaya Municipal Corporation are present. From the counter affidavit and supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent-Corporation, it appears that all admitted dues of the late-husband of the petitioner have already been paid though during the pendency of the writ application and further that the petitioner has been given employment on compassionate ground.

On 19.08.2015, by way of last indulgence, the case was adjourned to enable learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder both to the counter affidavit as well as to the supplementary counter affidavit, if so advised. Today, as no rejoinder has been filed and also nobody appears to press the writ application, the Court can only presume that the grievance of the
