Learned State Counsel submits that the impugned notice dated 28.5.2020 has been issued under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and the petitioner has adequate alternative remedy.

It is submitted by petitioners' Counsel that the petitioners would respond to the same or assail the action in appeal provided under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act.

Since the private respondent has also appeared, this Court would only observe that the parties may appear before the Forum on or before 22nd February 2021 to facilitate final adjudication of the matter.
