JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 753 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no concern either with the co-accused Anuj Kumar Mandal or with the alleged occurrence. Petitioners are not named in the petitioner information report. Except suspicion there is nothing against these petitioners. There is no document on the record to suggest complicity of this petitioners in the alleged offence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
