JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that on search three live cartridges were recovered. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.01.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.01.2019, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
