JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 14 of 2015 registered under Sections 337, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 324 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.

The accusation is that in course of occurrence petitioner and one Dinesh Yadav cause injury through knife to Rajendra Yadav, younger son of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive and he has no criminal antecedent.

No.39002 of 2016 (2) dt.06-10-2016 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
