ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for L.N. Mithila University. A show cause has been filed on behalf of O.P. No.4 in which they have categorically stated that the petitioner's retiral dues have now been paid to him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that certain amounts still remain due, for which the petitioner may be permitted to raise his claim before the appropriate authority.
In view of the submissions advanced on behalf of the L.N.Mithila University that all payments have been
