The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with a liberty to approach the learned trial court for grant of regular bail. Accordingly, it is directed that in case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned court in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 165 of 2017 within a period of two weeks from today and applies for regular bail, the concerned court shall
