2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gauri Chak P.S. Case No. 724 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 511, 341, 323, 324, 379, 354 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code; Sections 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act and Section 67(A) of the Information and Technology Act.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have outraged the modesty of the victim girl and making viral her photographs. He is in jail since 28.12.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the informant has shown the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30974 of 2024(4) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 photographs of the victim which are said to have been made viral. From the photographs, it appears that the petitioner and the victim were intimate.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (POCSO), Patna/concerned Court in connection with Gauri Chak P.S. Case No. 724 of 2023.
