The Petitioner seeks revision of the Judgment of conviction dated 25.7.2006 passed by the A.D.J., F.T.C. No. III, Gopalganj in Criminal Appeal No. 1 of 1006/1 of 2006 by which he has affirmed the order dated 24.1.2006 passed by Shri Girish Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj, in G.R. No. 1666 of 2004, Trial No. 2050 of 2006. Having perused the impugned Judgment, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.
