This is an application for quashing of the order dated 03.10.2015 passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge Khagaria, in Criminal Revision No. 72 of 2015 arising out of Complaint Case No. 583C of 2014 whereby the learned court took cognizance under sections 341, 323, 504 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

It seems that the petitioners have lost interest in the case.
