The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the first information report that the petitioner assaulted the informant with farsa on his head causing grievous injuries, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail even though other accused persons have been granted bail by a Bench of this Court. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18473 of 2018 (2) dt.06-04-2018 application is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
