The petitioner, in present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, has made a prayer for directing the respondents to regularize her services as 'Lady Warden' in the Sahid Khudi Ram Bose Central Jail, Muzaffarpur and to make payment of salary.

In this case a detailed counter affidavit has been filed and a stand has been taken that since in view of earlier order a three man committee was constituted and the committee has come to a definite conclusion that petitioner had not worked

Patna High Court CWJC No.15067 of 2011 (4) dt.15-03-2016 2/2 continuously for 240 days for a minimum period of 10 years and thereafter the case of the petitioner has been rejected. No reply to the counter affidavit has been filed. Moreover, the court is of the opinion that since the three man committee has examined the case and rejected the claim of regularization, there is no point for issuance of any direction.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
