In view of the aforesaid situation, when the matter was adjourned on 23.11.2017, by way of last indulgence appeal was directed to be listed after four weeks.

Today, again no one appears on behalf of the appellant. In that view of the matter, it appears that the appellant has lost interest in the instant proceeding. The misc. appeal, filed against judgment/order dated 26.2.2014, passed in Claim application OA 00118/2005 by the Member (Tech), Railway Claims Tribunal, Patna Bench, is dismissed for want of prosecution.
