The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Town (Begusarai) P.S. Case No. 547 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 386,504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly the petitioners and other co-accused surrounded the informant and demanded Rangdari after assaulting him. Co-accused Bikash Kumar assaulted with butt of pistol to the informant and Bikash Kumar and Manish Kumar also snatched amount of Rs. 32,000 and one gold chain respectively.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24583 of 2018(2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 Submission is of false implication and that Bikash Kumar, Manish Kumar and Sonu have already been allowed pre-arrest bail vide Criminal Miscellaneous No. 12714 of 2018 vide order dated 06.03.2018 by a coordinate Bench of this Court and the case of the petitioners is on similar footing. Learned A.P.P. fairly submits that the co-accused persons have already been allowed pre-arrest bail. In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners, above named, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Town (Begusarai) P.S. Case No. 547 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J.) avin/- U T
