It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the case of the petitioners is squarely covered by the judgment passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P. (C) No(s). 63696376/2005 dated 28.08.2012. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the present writ application stands disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P. (C) No(s). 6369-6376/2005 dated 28.08.2012.

If the petitioners are found identical to the petitioners of S.L.P. (C) No (s). 6369-6376/2005, in that case the respondents will be obliged to extend the benefits to petitioners as per Clause 4.C (1) of the State Litigation Policy within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
