The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 216 of 2017 for the office registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report. It is further submitted that the petitioner's name has come on the confessional statement made before the police by one Rocky Kumar, who was taken into custody in connection with the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of
