The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 328, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that sister of informant was killed after two years of marriage due to nonfulfilment of demand of dowry and the deceased was also pregnant.

It is submitted that petitioner is married sister-in-law (Nanad). The thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who has already been acquitted. There is general and omnibus allegation of torture and harassment. Petitioner is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26358 of 2022(2) dt.20-09-2022 2/2 family affairs of the deceased. Petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
