The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1058 of 2013, registered under Sections 406, 420, 409 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that complainant opened D/D MAT/Account at Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd., Patna on 17.02.2003 and up to 01.09.2008 his D-Mat account was there. Thereafter, his said account was transferred to India Infoline Ltd. Bhagalpur and without instruction of the complainant, the petitioner being the Relationship Manager of India Infoline Ltd. Bhagalpur transferred the share of the informant due to that reasons, informant suffered loss of Rs. 2,50,000/-.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact,

No.40380 of 2014 (4) dt.08-12-2017 2/2 petitioner is the Relationship Manager and he has not transferred the share of the informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Compliant Case No. 1058 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
