JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2015 Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that co-accused Meraj entered into the house of the informant and tried to outrage the modesty. When the informant raised alarm then petitioners being family members of co-accused Meraj came and assaulted the informant for levelling false allegation. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that thrust of accusation is against co-accused Meraj who is not petitioner before this Court. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the
