2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is of assault on the head of one Anshu Kumar by means of iron rod in which he sustained injury.

4. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State and informant opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28067 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bagaha (West Champaran/Court concerned, Bagaha (West Champaran); in connection with Thakraha P.S. case no 09 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
