The present writ petition has been preferred: for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents District Land Settlement Officer, Bhagalpur to correct the current Revisional Survey Khatiyan in which petitioner's land has wrongly been entered in the name of other persons in view of Kramik/Cadastral Khatiyan in which the land in

But in the revisional survey operation in Thana no.33, New Khata no.953, New Khesra no.2753 and Rakba-3.54 decimals, New Khata no.26, New Khesra no.2754 and Rakba-4.45 decimals, New Khata no.114, New Khesra no.2758 and Rakba-0.22 decimals, New Khata no.114, New Khesra no.2759 and Rakba-0.53 decimals, New Khata no.1254, New Khesra no.2735 and Rakba-1.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be approaching the respondent No. 5, the District Land Settlement Officer, Bhagalpur in next four weeks.

4. In that case, the concerned respondent No. 5, The District Land Settlement Officer, Bhagalpur shall be duty bound to
