The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018 registered under Sections 252, 380/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that only on the basis of suspicion, he has been implicated in this case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25454 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-I, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 279 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
