2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment on the post of "Panchayat Teacher" on the basis of forged and fabricated certificate.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner was appointed as Panchayat Teacher after investigation of all her certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same have been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, the petitioner has already resigned from her services
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26934 of 2025(2) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 vide letter dated 28.03.2025 (Annexure-P/2 to this petition) and the same has already been accepted. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the nature of accusation, fact that petitioner has already resigned from her services and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihar, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 2 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
