The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case no. 196 of 2017, registered under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354-B, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioners entered in the courtyard of the informant and tried to pluck the Jackfruit, when informant made protest then petitioners started to abuse and caused assault in which she become nude. When her husband, son and mother-in-law rushed to save him then Mayanand laid her husband on the ground with intention to kill him in which his lungi was unfolded and all of them took cash of Rs. 12000/- and threatened for dire consequences.

No.40465 of 2017 (3) dt.14-12-2017 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners and informant are co-villagers and due to petty dispute some hot talks were exchanged between the parties, but with ulterior motive the informant lodged the present case. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
