The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 69 of 2023, dated 09.06.2023, registered under Sections 302, 201/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the father of the main accused Nitish Nirala. The co-accused Nitish Nirala was in relationship with the victim and he along with other co-accused killed the deceased and disposed the dead body which was buried in the ground. The dead body was subsequently found during investigation. The main accused has confessed his crime in the confession. The petitioner is said to have helped the

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Nitish Kumar. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.02.2024.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also period of custody, this bail application is allowed. 7.
Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 69 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and shall be represented through his lawyer or himself. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
