2. It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the Resolution regarding grant of compassionate appointment dated 05.10.1991 has been amended under the decision of the General Administration Department dated 10.12.2014, which thereafter, provides that even married daughter would be considered for grant of compassionate appointment subject to certain conditions which are contained in the letter dated 10.12.2014 bearing memo no. 16997 issued by the General Administration Department.
3. In view of such developments subsequent to filing of
Patna High Court CWJC No.12349 of 2014 dt.10-07-2018 the writ petition, the petitioner's counsel seeks liberty to approach the authority for consideration of the case of the petitioner.
4. Prayer of the petitioner is allowed.
5. In case the petitioner approaches the authority within a period of two weeks from today his claim may be considered by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
6. It is made clear that the order dated 13.07.2013 bearing memo no. 568 shall not come in the way of consideration of the petitioner's claim.
7. The writ petition is disposed off.
