The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Official Complaint Case No. 12 of 2007 registered under Sections 33, 41, 42, 52 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners have been made victims of false implication merely on basis of suspicion.
