2. The Investigation Officer of the case has also appeared and assisted the Court.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patiliputra P.S. Case No. 258 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Unknown criminal had killed one lady and had tried to kill the daughter of the deceased. The face of the three criminals who had participated in the crime has been captured in the CCTV footage. Thereafter, the photograph of two more criminals were captured in another CCTV footage.

5. During investigation, in the self inculpatory

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24358 of 2025(4) dt.04-09-2025 2/2 statement, the co-accused have given the entire modus operandi including the conspiracy. They have said that the petitioner was part of the conspiracy and he had agreed to supply the fire arm. The criminals had taken shelter in the rented home of the petitioner.

7. The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2024.
