The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sarai P.S.Case No. 26 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 379 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner along with other accused persons is of snatching purse of the wife of the informant and later on Munna Kumar has been arrested, who has disclosed the name of the petitioner and other co-accused. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that after two days of the occurrence FIR has been lodged and petitioner is co-villager.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36538 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 circumstances, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail, rather petitioner to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
