The petitioner in the present writ application has sought for direction upon the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Primary School Teacher, as he was declared successful candidate in 2nd Primary Teacher Examination, in terms of Adv. No.57/1996 for Chapra District, under the Reservation category of Schedule caste.

Admittedly, the petitioner seeks his appointment on the post of Primary School Teacher against Advertisement

Patna High Court CWJC No.15417 of 2014 (3) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 No.57/1996. In pursuance to the said advertisement, the appointments were over by the year 2002. The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner in the year 2014. The delay has not been explained.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the present writ application is dismissed.
