The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 63/65 of the Copy Right Act. As per the prosecution case, there is allegation of selling counterfeit products against these petitioners. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Though, there is allegation of selling counterfeit products, but petitioners were not arrested on shops and no seizure list was prepared. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

However, considering the nature of accusation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
