2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- "That present application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions, order or orders setting aside the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Saran at Chapra vide Memo No. 296 dated 31.5.2021 by which P.D.S. Licence No. 104/2016 of the petitioner has been cancelled."
3. Admittedly, petitioner has filed Appeal No. 14 of 2021 before the Collector, Saran at Chapra and it is pending consideration. The Collector, Saran is hereby directed to decide
Patna High Court CWJC No.5884 of 2023 dt.28-04-2023 2/2 the petitioner's Appeal No. 14 of 2021 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
