JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2017 The petitioner filed the present writ application in the year 2008 challenging the appointment of the constable in the District Police Force, Buxar made in pursuance to advertisement no. 01 of 2004, but learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application to represent the authorities since similarly situated candidates were permitted to represent in pursuance to the order passed in MJC No. 871 of 2012 and petitioners of the said proceeding were also permitted to file fresh representation.
