2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that admittedly he has challenged the bid of the year 2015-16, therefore, in this view of the matter this case become infructuous. He further submits that it is true that the present case become infructuous challenging the bid of the year 201516 but the actual dispute which exists between petitioner and State is something otherwise that the State has no right to settle the land of petitioner to anyone.

3. On this legal question, this Court is not giving any

Patna High Court CWJC No.18454 of 2015(2) dt.11-09-2023 2/2 finding and it is still open for the petitioner that in case if fresh cause of action arise, the petitioner shall be at liberty to take remedy in accordance with law.
